At Namami Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your Namami Life account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
